LA MATINALE (FRENCH SHOW TV)- Two arms cut off by the troops of Alassane Ouattara (first portion of the sequence of 7:52:01)

Dominique Paille, special adviser to Jean-Louis Borloo, announced that the son of one of his friends was tortured by the troops of Alassane Ouattara. His arms were cut.

The French finally understand who is responsible and who is ordering the killings and other barbarities in Côte d’Ivoire.
